I appreciated the staff's friendliness. andrea at reception was especially cute. he exemplified italian hospitality! the room and bathroom were clean. That is important to me. the proximity to the airport shuttle terminal was also very convenient.

i loved how close it was to the station. i really needed that because i had heavy luggage. the staff are very friendly, really adding to the cute vibe. the room was always clean, a great plus after exploring all day. the breakfast included had good options too!
the walls are a little thin, you can sometimes hear noise from the hallway.

My room had fresh towels. They were replaced daily, really nice. the room size was perfect for my needs. I could move around without feeling cramped. all rooms are on the ground floor. I did not have to use any stairs.

the hotel's location near the train station was quite convenient for transport.
The room lacked proper air conditioning. It was uncomfortably warm during the night. i had to rely on a small fan. this made sleeping difficult and quite unpleasant. the noise from outside also travelled into the room.

The location proved very convenient near the train station. I appreciated the staff's politeness and helpfulness . My room was cleaned daily. This was also a great bonus.
The room got warm, and the air conditioning was turned off. I had to open the windows, but that let mosquitoes into the room.
